DS+R describing the blur building. Does this example of architecture along with the philosophical description of it represent 'new' architectural practice or is it just a novel reconfiguration of existing technologies mascarding as the avante garde? If it is in fact meant to test peoples perception are the results of the 'test' being recorded, measured, anaylsed and discussed?
