My investigation into the future of rail networks has me considering the idea that large train carriages will be replaced by smaller, more flexible alternatives such as these personal vehicles.
The horizontal and vertical movement of the vehicles depicted in the video demonstrates the flexibility of a small scale transport system and is perhaps more sustainable in terms of the infrastructure needed to support it. Current rail infrastructure is very inflexible, expensive and takes up large parcels of land.
